This is the real stuff. All the rest - the games, pretense, facades - is just a bad dream (unless it's all for fun, like hide and seek, or Halloween. Long hikes in nature, find a babbling brook, river, lake, a silent meadow far away from all the noise and confusion, and enjoy the solitude alone or share it with someone special.
