Can be considered to be somewhat alternative in the Essence of who I am attached by the passion of my Purpose for Humanity.
Very much into been involved with like minded thinking & acting people, plus connecting with such that are on the same free thinking & acting page with Breath Mind Body Spirit and Emotional connection, and importantly gel at a similar quality plus frequency level.
As well I am a therapist in the Healing Wellness & Fitness sectors as an advanced Massage therapist of around 6 modalities & a non impact Bodyflow PT.
The Bodyflow incorporates the gentle yet powerful flow elements of Tai Chi Qigong Pilates Kung Fu & Yoga.
Love to challenge myself & others to be the best version of oneself everyday knowing improvement is ongoing, as we need to strive for balance in all aspects of our lives & let go of past experiences that are not serving us well.
