I enjoy nature, hiking, deep conversation, listening, and connection, dancing, biking, a vegan diet and enjoying the wonders of life. I maintain a positive outlook, and focus on the healing power that is inherent to all situations. I enjoy yoga and meditation, the arts and cultural events, festivals and outdoor activities as well as reading and thought provoking movies. A heaping dose of humor feeds the spirit as well!
