I am an artist, musician, composer, performer, deejay, designer. I interpret the world around me through a prism of colors - a full range of colors from vivid colors to subtle hues and tints. Black and White and shades of gray. Sensitive, thoughtful, playfully rambunctious, funny, and striving for integrity and authenticity in everything I do. Love people and cultures. Empathetic and compassionate are two major qualities that describe who I am. Definitely not A type personality. More laid back, letting the chips fall where they may (though that can be a fault too, sad to say). As for Music - I appreciate it all, as long as it's touches the soul. Genres I'm big on - Soulful House, Afro-beat, EDM, Nu-Disco, Afro-cuban, Samba, Bossa Nova, Jazz, Lounge, Dancehall/Reggae and the list goes on. I have deep faith but I don't wear my christianity on my sleeve like a badge of superiority to lord over everyone. We are all at different points on our spiritual walk/path/journey/quest, I get it. I don't function too well around a patchwork of insincerity, and an overload of selfishness and materialistic endeavors, that's not saying i despise the finer things in life, nothing could be further from the truth - no doubt, a nice glass of wine, an exquisitely designed dress, pair of shoes, cars, forward thinking architecture etc. I find all lovely. I just don't make these things the central focus of my life. Social environment - I am just as comfortable in the company of intellectuals in suits, and the well-educated, as I am with people of humble upbringing, modest means and education. I treat everyone the same - with respect! I can kick it with shorts and flip flops or clean up if necessary. It's just clothes really. No big deal."One's life consists not in the abundance of the things which he/she possesses" Luke 12:15 But enough of me already. How does one fully describe him/herself in a mere paragraph or two without sounding horribly formal, contrived and corny. Quite frankly I would rather be lounging at the neighborhood cafe, and coming up with ideas for the next fun adventure, while sipping tea solo, with friends, or with you perhaps? Shoot me a message. WHAT I WANT (long version):
Here are some keywords and phrases that sum up qualities I appreciate. Fun personality, caring/nurturing, thoughtful, smart, passionate about life, articulate, humble, laid back, funny, kind, comfortable, confident but not conceited, intelligent, spiritual, warm, not superficial, and perhaps most important of all - you must love music and be comfortable around creative artist-types. I have the Caribbean in my heritage, so if you like white sand beaches that stretch for miles, a Caribbean island vacation, could be in your future.

American culture tends to be super hung up on age. I am not concerned about it, age is just a number. My parents happily married, are 25 years apart in age. That has been my norm, my reality all my life. What has proven to be more important is this: You can be "young" with an old soul, or you can be "old" and young at heart. Either way works for me. Boils down to those 4 questions at the top. If you can answer YES, then let's have a conversation.

About that music thing - Music is my passion. If you don't like music much or appreciate those who are involved in music, it's not going to be a fun ride. It takes a certain temperament to understand artists. It's like we're on a whole other plane. Oh and one more thing.
