Love finding little traveled nature spots to sit with a book. Swimming is a favorite activity. Yoga keeps me sane. I make an amazing bulletproof coffee. Love making furniture, and gardening. Love to cook. “Mostly” vegan. Currently make plenty of time to enjoy life, and am working to get certified and build a practice in Functional Medicine.
