I have no children and find myself amazed that some of my same age friends are grandparents! I still feel like I am in my 30s with so much still ahead for me. Take hold of acres and acres of land, build a house on it, and forge trails throughout it leading to an array of 'activity areas'. I've been close a bunch of times, but it always slipped through my fingers in the end. I'll never give up though, and it will happen one day.
