Ever feel like you're standing on the outside, looking in? Ever feel that the world we have created is ill and faltering? Are you no longer willing to play the game of having, but instead want to adopt the reality of being? Are you ready - or practicing - a lifestyle of stepping away from the mainstream of material madness and seek a lifestyle close to Nature and simplicity, perhaps in a rather remote setting? Then maybe we could have something in common.I've been active in a professional trade for many years, have also been a mountain guide, laborer, river- and back-country traveler and general Nature lover. I feel more kinship with the likes of Lao Tzu than with my neighbors and society in general. Not that I hate them, but realizing how we abuse the planet, I have made some choices to reduce the impact I have on our resources.I'm lucky enough to be in above average health& fitness, and to lack strings of attachment. As such I wander between some of my favorite places, Alaska, California & New Mexico. With the right female companion, I would be happy to remain at my cabin in NM and pursue a remote, at least partly self-supporting, rural lifestyle, away from noise and traffic. The person I'm looking for is slender, fit, flexible, physically active, has a good brain, can maintain reasonable conversation and is attractive in her own way, loves Nature and prefers moving without the help of motors, as in hiking etc.I've never been much of a recreational drug user, but my interest in psychology and social behavior these last years have awakened an interest in them I have yet to explore. I want to explore of Carlos Castaneda's teachings and hope my partner is open to similar things too. More details to follow

Olen aina halunnut kokeilla

making out with a total stranger in an elevator. Just kidding:-) Those were ideas I had when I was much younger. But really, not being a "things" person, there is not much that "I can't wait to do", other than a long Wilderness trip the length of the Kern River in the Sierra Nevada, on foot and with a packraft.
